Ingredients

  • 5 5 Peeled Carrots

  • 1/3 1/3 Yellow Onion

  • 4 TBSP 4 Ginger

  • 1/4 Cup 1/4 Soy Sauce

  • 1 TBSP 1 Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Grapeseed Oil

Directions

  • Peel and Dice Carrots then Dice Onion
  • Peel and Dice Ginger
  • Add all ingredients except for the oil into a food processor and blend until combined
  • Add in Oil and quickly blend
  • Serve with something tasty!

  • Careful not to blend too much or it will have an odd texture especially if the oil is already in there
  • Make sure to use more carrots than onions even if you are changing the recipe as that’s where the primary balance of flavors comes from
